What size are your cookies?
Our cookies are 110gm each before hitting the oven.
What size are your brownies?
"Brownies are 2.5"" per slice.
Half tray of 8 slices measures 10"" x 5"", pre-cut.
Full tray of 16 slices measures 10"" x 10"", pre-cut."
What size are your cupcakes?
Our cupcakes are a standard cupcake size, about 2.5" diameter. The height varies based on the decoration
What size are your cakes?
Our cakes are available in 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch sizes. Height varies depending on flavour and decoration. You may refer to the serving chart for a better estimation.
I submit a cake design from online. Will my cake be exactly the same?
Image references are only meant to be a guideline. We cannot guarantee an exact replication for practical purposes (Eg. color differences due to editing and lighting, different artist style, etc). We take the opportunity to make a beautiful and unique cake for you according to the theme and style requested.
Are there any combination for customized cake that cannot be done?
Some designs may not be suitable for certain cake flavors, filling or frosting. Speak to us and we will advise you accordingly.
Can you make cakes with special dietary requests?
If you require special dietary cakes, please get in touch with us. Additional charges will apply accordingly.
How long can my baked goods stay fresh?
All our bakes are made to order. There are no artificial preservatives and we recommend eating them on the day of collection to enjoy them at their best. Depending on your schedule, you may want to collect your bakes a day before you plan to eat them, and that's fine - keep the bakes in their boxes at room temperature or in the fridge.
Bakes that are half consumed should be stored in the fridge, covered, to prevent drying out. Cookies can be kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
How do I store my cakes?
Fresh cream cakes can be placed in a cool environment for up to 3 hours without refrigeration. Refrigerate cakes in their boxes if you plan to serve them much later.
Buttercream cakes can be placed in a cool environment for up to 6 hours without refrigeration. Refrigerate cakes in their boxes if you plan to serve them much later.
Fondant cakes should be stored in a cool environment for no more than 2 days. If you wish to refrigerate fondant cakes, store cake in the box and covered in cling wrap to prevent "sweating" when taken out of the fridge. "Sweating" will cause the fondant to melt.
Cakes stored in the fridge should come to room temperature before serving - please note that for large cakes, this can take several hours. We do not recommend freezing our cakes.
In the event you find that you have cakes and bakes left over, refrigerate them in the original box or a well-covered container .
Do you provide candles and disposable cake knife?
Candles and disposable cake knife are included for celebratory cakes only. If you require candles and disposable cake knife, simply indicate in the remarks box the number of candles required.
Do you deliver?
All our cakes and bakes need to be hand delivered as they are freshly baked and fragile. We offer a door to door delivery service islandwide for a small fee. For orders that need to arrive at or by a more specific time, please contact us directly.
The last delivery will be made at 7pm to ensure our drivers drive in a safe manner so ensure you have storage space if you intend to serve later
Can you deliver to my party at a specific time?
If you need your cakes and bakes at a specific time, no problem! There will be a delivery fee of $15 as we have to dispatch a single destination delivery. This will apply for orders above $150 with free delivery.

What if no one is present to receive the cakes and bakes upon delivery?
If no one is present to collect the order at the time of delivery, we will call the number provided in the order and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If no one is present to receive the cake at the time of delivery, we will do our very best to leave them in a safe place (with a neighbour, receptionist, caretaker etc.) but we cannot keep hold of the orders for re-delivery and they will be left at the address you have given us. We cannot accept liability for the subsequent handling of your cakes and bakes. Refunds and exchanges are not available in such situations.
What if I cannot collect my cakes and bakes on the day of collection?
If you are unable to collect your cakes and bakes on the selected date, we will be happy to store it for you up to 2 days after the original day of collection. After 2 days, the item will be disposed. Refunds and exchanges are not available in such situations.
Can I collect my orders from your kitchen?
We currently do not accept self-collection.
Can I collect / delivery my cakes and bakes 1 day in advance?
Collecting your cakes and bakes the day before you need them is fine. Please ensure you store and transport them safely as we cannot accept responsibility for cakes once they have been collected.
How early should I place my order?
We recommend ordering bakes a minimum of 3 days in advance and customized cakes 7 days in advance. We do get very busy so order early if you can. If orders are maxed out, we will have to cancel your order. For weddings, dessert tables and other complicated orders, it is advisable to give us as much notice as possible, at least 3 weeks’ notice or more if possible.
We recommend booking your slot with us as soon as you can, for we will close our orders once we are full!
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as early as possible.
We will always accommodate as much as we can but please bear in mind that we may have had to turn away other customers to fulfil your booking for a particular date so refunds/changes are not always possible. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
What are your cancellation policy?
For cancellation made at least 7 days or more from the delivery date, you are entitled to a 100% refund after deducting a bank charge of 3.5%.
For cancellation made 4 - 6 days or less from the delivery/collection date, there is a 50% cancellation charge and 50% refund after deducting a bank charge of 3.5%.
For cancellation made 72 hours or less from the delivery/collection date, there will be no refund. Valid reason will be subjected to approval (Eg. Circuit Breaker control)
Terms & Condition
By ordering cakes and bakes from MamaNa Kitchen Pte Ltd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payment is needed to confirm online and offline orders. Payment must be received or your order cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date. Receipt of your invoice is taken as confirmation of your order and will remain payable in the event of cancellation or postponement.
Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order. All deliveries are undertaken by MamaNa Kitchen Pte Ltd or our couriers. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order; if there is no-one on hand to receive the orders, we will do our very best to leave them in a safe place (with a neighbour, receptionist, caretaker etc.) but we cannot keep hold of the orders for re-delivery and they will be left at the address you have given us. If you would like us to deliver to your place of work or somewhere with a reception/courier point we are happy to do so but please note that MamaNa Kitchen Pte Ltd cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made and the package/s signed for. All our drivers are instructed in the correct handling of the cakes and will always pass this information on to any receptionist or receiver but once the cakes are signed for we cannot accept liability for the subsequent handling of your orders.
All our cakes and bakes are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your cakes upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. MamaNa Kitchen Pte Ltd will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
We reserve the right to use photographs of orders we prepare on our website and social channels. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, or that we provide you with a picture of your order we will usually be happy to do so but you must let us know at the time of ordering.
If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Any orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 3-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at MamaNa Kitchen Pte Ltd discretion).
